Balanced, pairs in foil jacket (PIMF) + overall foil shielding Mobile FMC in 12* pairs version
All Multicore Audio pairs are foil wrapped to minimise the cables diameter and price. The compound foil on the pairs will not come apart when heat-shrink is used, but can be easily worked with. The entire cable has a solid but easily removable AL/PT foil and pre-twisted drain wire. All conductors are colour coded.
A PIMF-cable should always be connected with the central ground to avoid ground contacts.
